Attendance Eligibility

To be eligible, a participant must attend Deploy 2026 in person in San Francisco on April 28, 2026, and remain through the end of the conference day. Attendance may be verified by conference badge scan or equivalent registration confirmation.

Company Eligibility

This offer is available to AI startups only. To qualify, a participant must:

• Represent a registered business entity (e.g., LLC, C-Corp, Ltd, or equivalent)
• Use a company email address and domain (personal email domains such as @gmail, @yahoo, or similar are not eligible)
• Have a publicly accessible business website matching that domain
• Hold a DigitalOcean account registered under the business entity

DigitalOcean may request documentation to verify company eligibility at its discretion. One credit award per company, regardless of the number of employees attending.

Credit Use

Credits may only be applied to DigitalOcean Serverless Inference consumption in the Richmond (RIC1) or Toronto (TOR1) data centers. Credits are not transferable to other DigitalOcean services, regions, or account holders.

Credits must be used between the date of issuance and January 1, 2027. Any unused credits will be forfeited at expiration.

Credit Amount

Eligible participants may receive up to $5,000 in DigitalOcean Inference Credits. Credit amounts are determined at DigitalOcean’s sole discretion following eligibility verification.

General Terms

• Eligibility is subject to review and approval at DigitalOcean’s sole discretion. Restrictions apply.
• Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
• Credits are subject to DigitalOcean’s Promotional Credit and Discount Terms and Conditions.
• DigitalOcean reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion. Material changes will be communicated to participants who have already submitted a claim.
• Abuse, fraud, or violation of DigitalOcean’s Terms of Service will result in immediate disqualification and revocation of any issued credits.
• This offer is void where prohibited by law.
