This is not something that can be handled through the community forum. For account-specific requests like enabling access to certain Droplet plans, you will need to reach out to the support team directly at https://cloud.digitalocean.com/support.
Open a ticket and mention the specific plan you need (m-4vcpu-32gb) and that it is for a production deployment. They should be able to sort it out for you.

Access to General Purpose and Memory-Optimized Droplets is controlled at the account level, so if you don’t see them (like the m-4vcpu-32gb option), you’ll need to contact DigitalOcean Support and ask them to enable it for your account.
Once they approve it, the Droplet types will appear automatically in the creation menu.
