Lamp has frozen in the terminal and won’t allow me to type in the password?

Hi there,
That can happen if the terminal is waiting for input but not showing it, for example, when you type a password with sudo
, the characters aren’t displayed for security reasons.
Try typing your password normally and press Enter. If it’s truly frozen and not responding at all, press Ctrl + C
to cancel the process, or close and reopen the terminal.
