Hello DigitalOcean Support, I am contacting you through the general billing category because my account is stuck in a “failed sign-up” state and does not show the student support options. The Issue: Today, while attempting to authorize my GitHub Student Developer Pack, the page crashed. Now, my account shows a standard 60-day trial instead of the 1-year student credit, and I receive the error: “The GitHub Student Pack promotion has already been applied to another team.” What I have already tried:
It appears my unique GitHub student token is locked to a “phantom team” created during the crash. Please manually apply the 1-year / $200 student credit to this account.
